Leonine Engineers Pvt. Ltd. has its office and manufacturing facility located in Thane, near Mumbai. The factory has a total operational area of 7000 sq. ft. with an additional 5000 sq. ft. available for expansion.
The factory works in shifts 24X7 with only eight holidays in a calendar year. It buys its electric power form MSEB and has installed a 100KVA generator for power back up. Thus ensuring that there is never a production loss due to power failures.
In this eco friendly turbo ventilated area are housed thirteen CNC Lathe Machines (all LMWs), six VMC machines (HAAS), two Facing Centering machines and a Cylindrical Grinding machine with TESPA auto gauging, amongst various other machines.
The in-process and machined components are checked on granite surface plates, bench centers and air gauge units as and where necessary. We also havea Mitutoyo 3D Co-ordinate Measuring Machine (3D CMM),a profile projector with a 5 micron accuracy (200mm dia. X 500mm length), Mitutoyo 2D Micro Height & Surface Finish Tester.
